Terms of Service
Last updated 26 April 2026.
Overview
These terms cover what we promise you about Airtime Games and what you agree to when using it. The headline: Airtime Games is free, we provide it on a best-efforts basis, you’re responsible for playing safely at theme parks (which we don’t run), and we can change or end the service at any time. Read on for the detail.
Who we are
Airtime Games is operated by Dean Stokes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
You can contact us at support@airtime.games.
In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Dean Stokes Ltd. “You” and “your” mean you, the person using Airtime Games.
What Airtime Games is
Airtime Games is a free web app that turns a theme park day out into a multiplayer game. A host creates a session and shares a join code, other players enter that code on their own phone to join, and the group plays one of several games together. We may add, change, or remove games at any time.
The service is provided through airtime.games.
If you make content (YouTube, streams, social media, and so on), you don’t need our permission to record gameplay and share it, even on monetised channels. We love seeing what people do with it.
Agreeing to these terms
By using Airtime Games, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle personal data.
Your account
Anonymous play is the default. You don’t need an account to use Airtime Games. We remember your games via a random ID stored in your browser.
You can also choose to sign in with Google. Signing in is optional and lets us recognise you across devices and recover your access. The data we collect when you sign in is described in our Privacy Notice.
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity that happens through your account. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, please let us know.
Who can use Airtime Games
You must be at least 13 years old to use Airtime Games. The service is not aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly let children under 13 create accounts or play.
Acceptable use
When using Airtime Games, you agree that you won’t:
- Break any law
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Use display names that are abusive, hateful, sexual, contain personal information about others, impersonate someone else, or that we judge to be inappropriate
- Try to break, hack, scrape, or interfere with the service or the systems it runs on
- Create multiple accounts to abuse rate limits or evade restrictions
- Cheat, manipulate game state, or claim rides or completions you didn’t actually do
We can change, hide, or remove any content (including display names) that breaks these rules, with or without notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create through Airtime Games, including display names, ride logs, and completed challenges.
By using the service, you grant Dean Stokes Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose of running and improving Airtime Games. We may also publish aggregated or anonymised gameplay statistics (for example, “X games were played at Park Y this summer”). We won’t use your real name, email address, or other directly identifying details.
Theme park safety
Airtime Games is designed to be played at theme parks, but we are independent. We aren’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any theme park, ride manufacturer, or operator. Park names, ride names, and similar references are used for identification only.
You are responsible for your own safety and for following all park rules, signage, and ride staff instructions at all times. In particular:
- Don’t use the app while riding a coaster or any other ride
- Don’t use the app while driving or operating a vehicle
- Don’t use the app in any way that distracts you from staying safe, queueing properly, or following staff instructions
- Always put the real-world experience first
We take no responsibility for injuries, losses, or incidents that happen while you’re using Airtime Games at a theme park or anywhere else.
Logged rides and game results
Ride logs, scores, and game outcomes are entered by users. We don’t verify them and we don’t guarantee they’re accurate. Game results are for fun, not for record-keeping or proof of any achievement.
Our intellectual property
The Airtime Games name, logo, design, code, games, and all related materials belong to Dean Stokes Ltd. Using the service doesn’t give you any rights to those things beyond what’s needed to use the app as intended.
You’re welcome to share screenshots, screen recordings, and other gameplay content however you like, including on monetised channels. What you can’t do is use the Airtime Games name, logo, or branding on products, or in ways that imply we’ve partnered with or endorsed you. For that kind of use, please get in touch.
Service availability
Airtime Games is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working, but we don’t guarantee:
- That the service will be available at any particular time
- That it will be free from bugs or errors
- That it will be compatible with every device or browser
- That data, scores, or game history will be preserved indefinitely
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Our liability to you
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dean Stokes Ltd is not liable for:
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of Airtime Games
- Lost data, lost games, or lost progress
- Any injury, damage, or loss arising from how, where, or when you use the app, including at theme parks
- Issues caused by third-party services (such as Google sign-in being unavailable)
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can’t lawfully be limited or excluded. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that UK law says we can’t exclude.
If you’re a UK consumer, none of these terms affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Termination
You can stop using Airtime Games at any time. You can delete your account on the account page.
We can suspend or end your access to Airtime Games at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when we last revised them.
For material changes, we’ll let you know in the app before the change takes effect. By continuing to use Airtime Games after we’ve notified you, you agree to the updated terms. If you don’t agree, you can stop using the service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these terms or to your use of Airtime Games will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
If you’re a UK consumer, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and to rely on any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Other terms
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms will continue to apply.
If we don’t enforce a part of these terms in a particular case, that doesn’t mean we’re giving up the right to enforce it later.
These terms, together with our Privacy Notice, are the whole agreement between you and us about Airtime Games.
